WIRE CUTTING MACHINE
The wire cutting machine is built for
inline use in a steelbelt oven line, and is as such prepared
for building in over a steelbelt.
A hopper is mounted that holds approx. 60
kg dough.
The wirecutter head is mounted with 3
pieces of grooved roller for good grip in the dough.
The drive of the rollers is mounted with
motor and frequency inverter, allowing speed adjustment of
the three rollers.
The frame for wire-cutting is mounted on
parallel arms which are operated in synchronization with the
roller drive to allow for accurate cutting of the dough.
The frame is running in an adjustable
track allowing adjusting the falling time of the cut product
to the correct place on the conveyor.
The wire-cutting function can be run at a
speed up to 100 – 120 strokes/minute.
Mouthpiece and wirecutting frame
1 mouth pieces for wire cutting with
round holes is included, as well as a wirecutting frame (to
hold the wire) is included.
Control
Panel:
The machine is
equipped with an electrical control panel mounted on the
machine, from where the on/off function, emergency stop and
main speed are controlled.
Materials:
The heavy-duty machine frame is executed
in manganese phosphated heavy steel profiles.
The outer covers are executed in
stainless steel which allows an in line wash down of the
machine.
