FULL WIDTH SCRAP RETURN SYSTEM
The scrap separation system features automatic separation
of the dough pieces from the scrap dough. There are scrap
detection sensors, mounted on the scrap lift that detect the
presence of scrap on the belt of the scrap lift.
The delivery
nose of the cutting web has a automatic pneumatically
operated up / down position. In the up position (when the
line is starting up) the whole dough sheet is lead onto the
scrap lift, once scrap is detected, the nose lowers
automatically and scrap is separated from the dough pieces.
Vice versa the nose goes up again automatically if the
sensors no longer detect scrap |
