RELAXATION CONVEYOR

This conveyor relieves the longitudinal tensi­on in the dough sheet which occurred as a result of  calibra­ting steps and contributes to improved dimensio­nal control of the baked products. By selecting the appropriate web speed, a wave form is generated in the dough sheet, allowing it to contract. The wave form remaining at the end of the relaxing conveyor is cancelled by an appropriate speed of the cutting web.
