WASH-OVER UNIT WITH CONVEYOR

This conveyor supports the dough pieces during the application of a wash. A double belt cleaning system for effective cleaning of the web (excessive liquids) is integrated in the conveyor frame. A drip tray is installed below the wash-over to recover excess liquid.
This heavy duty wash-over unit is positioned across the conveyor to apply water, egg solution, milk or similar liquids, by a rotating brush to the top of dough pieces. The unique and proven Vuurslag design includes step less control of the applied film thickness and effective collection of possible splashes.
