ROTARY CUTTING UNIT

The rotary cutting unit cuts the biscuit designs from the continuous dough sheet. Printing and cutting are integrated in one single roll.

This unit can be operated with either a cutting roll with a diameter of approx. 100 - 250 mm.  The rotary cutting unit is executed with a pneumatic quick start and stop system on the compressions roll. This system brings the cutting web in contact with the cutting roll in one single movement and immediately at the correct preset position and pressure.
