DOUBLE ROTARY CUTTING UNIT

This double roll cutter is suitable for one roll for printing/dockering and one roll for cutting. Each roll has its own rubber compression roll. The diameters of the impression and cutting rolls are between 100-250 mm. The machine is provided with a double pneumatic quick start/stop system, which brings the dough  in contact with the impression and cutting rolls in one single movement and with the correct pre-set cutting pressure.

The cutting web conveyor has been extended on the front of the machine to allow the dough to settle on the web before cutting for enhancing this settlement a idle top-roller is included.
