PENNY STACKER

 

Placed directly behind the row breaker for stacking of the biscuits. The biscuits from the row breaker slide down onto the transfer conveyor belt of the penny stacker. The biscuits hereafter are being dropped onto the cooling conveyor. The speed of the cooling conveyor is different  than the speed of the penny conveyor, so the biscuits will overlap each other.

The speed of the penny stacker and the cooling conveyor  will be adjustable, as well as the height of the penny conveyor
