FORCED JET
COOLING ON OVEN OUTLET
EXECUTION
Outside
sheeting and finish matches the oven sheeting and finish.
Two parallel fans on each end of the cooling housing.
OPERATION
The parallel
fans on the far end of the cooler take in air, through one
combined chimney from outside. There is a valve for setting
the inlet volume in the chimney. This air is being filtered
from dust before contact with the product. The airflow is
distributed equally over the width of the ovenbelt and moves
is in opposite direction to the product transportation
direction. On the near end of the cooler two parallel fans
are extracting the air from the cooler to the outside of the
building. These two fans are the master to the settings in
this section. Filter check is performed constantly through
“Delta-P” measuring, when the filter is polluted an alarm
can be activated. Filter is very easy accessible for
inspection and maintenance.
