INDIRECTLY HEATED CYCLOTHERM OVEN WITH TURBO CONVECTION

  • Physical separation of the combustion gases and the baking chamber atmosphere allowing for the use of gasoil

  • Heat input positively separated per heating system

  • Excellent humidity control (ration of vapour exhausted to the stack to vapour forcibly recirculated is steplessly adjustable between 0% and 100%

  • The ratio of top to bottom baking energy is steplessly adjustable between 0% and 100%

  • Greatly enhanced transmission of baking energy to the product by forced convection

  • The indirectly fired oven of VUURSLAG design is provided with a heat recovery system. Up to 10% of the baking surface is heated by waste gases recovered from the active burner system.
